Head Wizard (Store Manager)

Status: Full-Time / Salaried
Reports To: Franchise Owner or Area Manager

Position Summary:
The Head Wizard is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue and performance goals. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day arcade operations

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store staff

• Coach team members and hold them accountable to performance standards

• Ensure consistent execution of opening, closing, and shift procedures

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally

• Handle escalated safety issues and guest complaints

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for prizes, tokens, and machine supplies

• Ensure all machines are clean, stocked, and functioning properly; escalate maintenance needs as necessary

• Conduct daily reports, reconcile cash, and ensure compliance with all SOPs

• Execute promotions and support upselling strategies

• Maintain FCA brand standards in cleanliness, service, and store presentation

• Communicate with upper management and submit regular operational reports

Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years of management experience in retail, entertainment, or arcade settings

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Experience with POS systems, shift reporting, and inventory management tools

• Cash handling and basic accounting/reporting experience

• Proficient in basic computer and point-of-sale systems

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
